How do I use Redeem?
Redeem® is available on Multiple Platforms, Android, Iphone and Microsoft 10 devices, you can easily download the app from your devices app store. Everything is done through the Redeem app, from browsing offers, purchasing the goods right through to contacting the suppliers through our inbuilt ticketing system.
Designed for business
Redeem® is an app based portal that is available to any Australian business, franchise or association group. Once approved you will have immediate access to a range of member benefits, promotions and be able to purchase products at preferential pricing.
How long are the shipping times?
Within each offer you will see the ‘Expected Shipping Date’. This will vary from offer to offer. Redeem also offers Indent ordering on select items. You will receive a push notification to your preferred device each time an order is shipped from the Supplier's warehouse.
Where are my card details stored?
Redeem® has partnered with eWAY, an accredited and secure payments solution provider here in Australia.
Through the final stage of the application process you will be asked to sync your Redeem account with a preferred Visa, Mastercard or American Express® Card. At this point you will be submitting your card details directly through to eWAY. eWAY will verify and hold your card details for future purchases. NB – Redeem does not have access nor does it keep a copy your card details at any time.
Who are the suppliers?
Redeem® offers you a range of products from our 500+ suppliers from multiple industries, so you have access to fantstic deals for almost every product your business could need. Redeem is constantly partnering with new Suppliers to broaden our offering to Members. We only partner with reputable brands that offer a complete end to end service, including after sales support.
In addition to the products listed for sale on the app, Redeem also has a range of Member Benefit partners to offer you great deals on services, such as Insurance, Shop Fittings, Travel, Marketing Services and more!
Are there limits on what I can purchase?
Each offer will have a Minimum and Maximum order quantity set. We do not set any total order limits.
